Approving a suggested QOTD

If you'd like to accept a QOTD suggestion from the community, you can use the command /qotd approve followed by the suggestion number.

To locate the suggestion number, simply use the command /qotd suggestions.

For instance, if you would like to approve the first question in the queue, use the command /qotd approve followed by the suggestion number.
